Return & Refund

Thank you for purchasing from HomeGrove. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please review our refund and return policy. You have the right to cancel the order within 14 days. We will refund the amount to you no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned merchandise. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, you will not be charged any fees and costs of this reimbursement. For products to be eligible for a return, please ensure that: Products have been purchased within the last 14 days. Products are in their original packaging. The delivery of goods which by their nature are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date has expired. The delivery of goods which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been opened after delivery. The delivery of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other objects by their nature. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to return any item that does not meet the above return policy. Only products at regular price can be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded. Returning Items: You are responsible for the costs and risks of returning the goods. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of goods when returning. We therefore recommend a traceable and secure courier service. In addition, we cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof that the goods have been returned.
